Parking issue has always been there. It was Congress who advertised green living and moved the city real estate to South as they have significant land pools there. The population has grown so fast but the exponential infrastructure development has not. Whatever development has happened is still woefully behind the population and other urban growth needs that - Indian big cities are a nightmare to live in. That is the honest truth. The arguments about Hyderabad is better compared to Mumbai/Chennai are secondary - we are at this point - just talking about degrees of difference but overall Indian cities are awful to live in.
