Bulk of the H1Bs go to WITCH companies and other bottom feeders since 1990s. For every legit Doctor or Engineer there are 10s of fake pakodi experience guys giving pay cut and commission.

This is how Desi mesthris prospered in the first place. WITCH companies lower cost of big tech, banks, pharma and insurance indirectly. So, those on the top want WITCH more. If prevailing wage base is set to at least $150 for tier II and III cities and at $220k for big cities, this will cut down the abuse. The average wage is not even at $120k that too because those that earn in top 10% pull the numbers up.

This is at the expense of Americans. Those laid off American employees have families to feed and lives to live with decency as well. Why don't you acknowledge it? 

Wrt. School shootings it's a direct pattern. CIA and US government themselves are involved in it. Indians don't understand this much as British conditioned Indians by taking away guns from them through British Arms Act 1878, which is continued even today by Indian government. But Indians know to bow and beg those with guns, be it a local rowdy, politicians or police. Americans are simply not cut like that.
