India Ranks 14th in the World, Below USA, China in AI Research: Report

India ranks 14th in the world with a mere 1.4 per cent share of paper contribution in the top 10 AI research conferences spanning a period of five years from 2018-2023.

 

As per a study by AI accelerator and ecosystem builder Change Engine which was shared exclusively with Economic Times, India ranks below the US and China in AI research.

 

US and China’s contribution to AI research stands at 30.4 per cent and 22.8 per cent respectively as per the study.

paper contribution a? most (indian  papers atleast) are useless publications ,universities will set targets to the professors and they write the lowest of low quality papers.

Do you think colleges like malla reddy,vnr,gokuraju etc.. have faculty that can write quality articles? Lol yet they publish a lot of articles.

They put in fake data and fake results.

India lacks innovation uncle, most of the jobs are service based

 many of the papers published are dubious ,even from big universities.

My batchmates themselves used fake data and fake results in their project and got good grades.

India won't be top 25.
