Ivanni waste. I have been working out for a very long time and was/is muscled. I have'nt used a lot of protein powder. 

Most of the time, I worked out in evenings. May be lazy or it worked with my work schedule. 1 hour for 5 days

Day 1 - Chest Routine + Triceps

Day 2 - Shoulder Routine + Biceps

Day 3 - Lower (thighs) + Trapeziods Routine + Upper Back

Day 4 - Back + Butt + Cardio (45 Mins) + Crunches

Day 5 - Cardio + Crunches + Yoga

Regarding meals, I would eat a piece of boneless chicken (The way I like it) or beans or some other protein. I rarely used protein powder.
