Nice. Entha weight kodtav bro. Bench, shoulder and squats.

I stopped in 2020 due to neck issues. I trained differently.

One week it’s constant weight which I can do 4 sets , 15 reps. Probably 75% of max weight I could do.

1 week it’s super sets. All routine 1 set each with out gap.

1 week it’s increasing weights with 12, 10, 8 and 6 reps.

Sometimes these exercises on machine, free weights, resistance training, etc.

max chest I would do is 2X45 each side+barbell. Total 200 pounds.

Naku Dani use thelvadu so I never used till now friend gadu isthe tried Naku pedda em anipinchaledu adi avasarama ani kuda thelvadu

mano balam unte chalu antara workout cheyadaniki energy boost up enduku antara

i use Costco isopure protein powder

monna offer undi ani gold standard theeskunna

mee salahalu soochanalu ivvandi kakas

Bro. isopure protein or whey protein are protein supplements. muscle synthesis ki protein kavali about 1gm per lb of your body weight. So nee weight 150lbs aithe you should target to consume 120-150gms of protein per day. antha protein food lo kashtam kabatti protein shakes thagutharu.

If you are looking for pre-workout for energy/boost during your workout, try the below

coffee is best to start with. but if you feel the caffeine in 1 cup of coffee isn't enough, chala pre workouts dorkuthai amazon or gnc or one stop nutrition stores lo. I use Bucked up or Mother Bucker pre workouts. andhulo abour 300mg of caffeine untadi whereas single cup of coffee has about 95mg of caffeine.

In addition to caffeine, these pre workouts have beta-alanine. dantho oka kind of tingling sensation osthadi. so try it and see if you like it or not.  personally I like it. aa tingling sensation gives me more boost to push harder in the gym.

Creatine-monohydrate is for retaining water in your muscle tissue. This helps you to lift a little heavier and look a little bigger. I use creatine on and off. 2 months on and 2 months off.

BCAA - branched chain amino acids ani inkoka powder dorkuthadi. this will help your muscles to recover faster. I don't use this because I don't workout every muscle every day.

Most important than all of the above is eating discipline through the rest of the day - which I don't have.

Na opinion lo gym lo poyi oka 2 hours weight training cheyyadam is the easiest thing. toughest thing is to be disciplined for the remaining 22 hours and watch what we are eating. that is one of my goals for 2025. disciplined clean eating.

Yes bro. CrossFit, 3 days a week. To me Creatine is very important. Usually I take 5 grams a day for 3 months and. Give 2 months break .
