I am saying at that point university doesn't matter much unless the university is some Jaffa online university but the skill of student does.

Unless you get into top 10-15 in your discipline university doesn't matter.

That's fine. I'm trying to state a different thing here because most of my friends simply took the fake pakodi experience route going to worst tier II/III whereas these guys did it on their own.

All H1Bs that pay less than prevailing wage. If adjusted for inflation any H1B job that pays below $150 k in tier II/III and less than $220k in biggies like Boston, NYC, SF are low paid. Even if you adjust for $20k an year margin, still. WITCH companies alone take at least 20,000 visas every year. Last 14 years alone meant 280,000 at least. 

Of these if H4EAD is added, and plus the DEI hiring, then the numbers only ramp up further, even up to 400,000 or beyond

Because DEI by definition is for non whites. Indians falls into "non whites" category and DEI hiring takes preferential lead of Indian women> Indian men in that order.
