West Chester is also good place to live I think there are 1200 houses and town homes 50% mix of desis they do Ganesh festival holi celebrations navarathri festival and other gatherings bagane untadi but kind village feeling vasthadi

check other places like Mount Laurel which is little south Jersey side you get $600 to $700k houses and some new town home constructions Ryan’s vi good desi crowed telugus and Tamils

Okay.. I stayed there for 1 year for the new construct project near that Route 1 Exit (Near that Bus Stop) ... i love that area near that Golf Court. Place was awesome. When i was working there... the price was around 400K ...  heard that the house is going for 1M now.

Currently East Brunswick is a hot market. Old bridge has new constructions. But both places are average wrt schools. Monmouth Junction, Montgomery, Hillsboro are pretty good but commute is bad. Manalapan is the better than old bridge but pretty far.  Princeton/Plainsboro is saturated but schools are great. North Edison is the best but you will end up staying with 85% desi population. Piscataway is decently good but location near to Rutgers is best. New Providence, Summit, Basking ridge, Livingston, Millburn are the best places if you are ready to spend 1.5 mil. Scotch plains and Metuchen have commute and predominantly Jewish community but great places. Fairlawn is a worthy place too. Chatham and Short hills are extremely wealthy so no point. Parsipanny and Montville are good desi areas but a lot of people are now migrating south from there, also the schools are not STEM schools. Bridgewater is decent schools and houses but I think the Indian community is low.

Overall if you want great costly areas from American perspective and also superb schools.. I recommend Livingston, Basking Ridge, New Providence/Summit, Manalapan, Hillsborough and Metuchen.

I heard Kendall Park is very good but found lot of Indians
