Hello DB Friends , need your serious inputs please

My son is 11 months old , parents were here until last week. So we were able to balance work and kid. In laws ravadam koncham kastam.
Is it a good idea to put him in a proper day care at 11 months ? Or home daycare better aaa . Hearing mixed reviews home day care aithe em nerchukoru anni and bayata proper day care aithe koncham sick frequent ga aitaru anni.

Suggestions ivvandi please  @csrcsr @Spartan @tom bhayya @Konebhar6 @

you can send.

infant care is what they are called as along as you are able to afford.

intlo vundi em meeru chestaroo akkada vallu ade chepistaru;

its tough to leave your child though it is what is; you can do part time or full time to start with.

Bold: there is some truth to it.

sick avvadam anedi inka common but again I see it as them developing some immunity. even with change of seasons children get sick so its debatable.

at the end of the day your call dude.

source: trust me bro.

Pros and cons you mentioned are true. Kids get sick a lot in day care but learn a lot there. Out of both options I would put them in proper day care. Even if they get sick, their immunity will improve. Anyways they get a lot sick when they start school. Just think it started early.

At home day care they won’t learn and most ppl get them addicted to TV or phone which is bad in long run.

this is what will happen at the end.. you will join them in day care... week ki 4 days sick avtharu... NObODY is exception

then intlo sick kids with both working is highly unmanable them you will need a nanny to take care of them...

so best option 3 days day care and 3 days nanny... e template follow aipo u will thank me later

This is what we did

Put our 13-month-old in Home based daycare (10~12 kids) with a fun curriculum and variety of food (This is important since this is when they learn to eat independently) until he was 20 months and moved him to a proper Preschool and he is doing great now.

Same issue with my Sister's family.. iddharu super busy so nephew ni day care ki sent from 11 months..

Starting lo he felt lonely and struggled for few weeks.. but later got used to it.

Now he is doing ok.. enjoys daycare.. He is still < 2 yr old... but manages to eat himself atleast fruits ala.. Slowly matalu kuda vastunnai.. also he looks much Disciplined when compared with other kiddos.

Also they never turns on TV/Ipad etc when he is around.. somehow they fear Autism issues as close friends are dealing with it.

but again, each kid is unique anuko..

Honestly intlo manam busy undhi valaki TV alvaatu cheyyadam kanna Daycare better emo.. just my 2 cents

Yes bro

Don’t go with cheap desi or day cares… find a good  day care with cameras so you guys can work at peace…. Six months nunchi day care ki vellochu no issues… don’t think like we need a nanny or parents or Indian day care to start with….
kids are smart and day cares are here to help… and getting sick is common which you can’t avoid… spring and fall lo one or two weeks avutharu and work lo artham chesukuntaru…
