Wife ki cheppa 2 kids ni managing ante normal kaadu guiness book vallaki application pedatha ani. She said she can manage 4 kids at a time. But wife job lo thopu ...electrical Robotics engineer. Still down to earth and resigned for her dream job and wanted to be with kids. Cannot ask for more.

Go with American. The other one seems new. Americans follow guidelines properly.

Adi kooda kashtam ante - send to a proper licensed care option. If you can afford - send to Montessori. Long run lo very good.
