HOME SELLERS are doing price reductions significantly if they cant sell within 30 days..

THERE ARE NO BIDDINGS HAPPENING IN THE CURRENT MARKET. IF SOMEONE ASKS TO BID, STAY AWAY!

With the current circumstances and unknown future of EH1Bs, better to stay in the sidelines and stay within budget for home purchases. 

MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 25% OF THE TAKE HOME NET SALARY OF THE HOUSEHOLD.

for primary residence, I would recommend to buy with MONTHLY MORTGAGE PAYMENT within 25% of the TOTAL TAKE HOME SALARY

for investments, I would recommend to pause and wait for right time.

Jump aiyte better emo anna. I have freinds where renters are not paying rent and not moving also. He is going around court order to get them evicted. Thats even bigger headache than having property vacant.

You will see a lot of terrific deals for homes this year. 

New homes already cracked .. Prices falling. Lots of deals by home builders.

Existing homes have'nt cracked yet. Once they do, it will be a free fall very quick. Take immediate action when that happens. Do not expect a prolonged housing crisis problem.
