Villa Plots in South Hyderabad

My cousin recently purchased 2 plots in South Hyderabad in below ventures and said he got them for good rates. sharing here in case anyone is looking 
 

From what I heard PAN infra does not encourage 3rd party agents and so there is no commission and affordable Price

I had the same question 

I was more inclined to buy towards Mumbai highway as it has access to Hitech City 

but cousin advised against it and said South of Hyderabad is future as Its same travel time to Hitech City and near to Financial District and Airport and neopolis and new 4th city 

Mumbai hyd will be far away from airport/ 4th city and Kokapeta itseems when compared to Banglore Highway 

 

Srisailam highway has more DTCP and forest area so some plots are not approved itseems from zoning perspective so he said to be careful with Sri Sailam highway ventures 

 

Banglore Highway is being expanded and plots near Shadnagar are around 25,000 so 18-20 0000 seems to be ok price as per him

naak atu khairtabad...itu dilsukhnagar...inko vaipu paradise datite...anta outskirts kinda lekka...

all these areas are fully populated right ? 
 

for me personally I liked Kollur area but mokila/ kollur area lo prices too much vunnai

For me... Charminar ki 7Km radius unnade city....rest all gaav vale rehete antar ma deggara...  (not demeaning anyone).

East side kaabatte people are able to afford and we are able to make some profit. Lekapothe ORR lopala 50K thakuuva ivvaru. West side ventures chese vallam but profits minimum.

farm house land between shamshabad to shadnagar area per acre cost entha vundhi ?
