Beyond that radius is all mix kalthi fruit juice…biryani ki pulav ki vunna theda…

Srisailam highway lo aithe Look for BTR and surrounding layouts. This area will be a uber residential zone…

Shadnagar side aithe shamshabad-kothur-shadnagar bypass alomg the orr service roads/approach roads chudandi…

Market down vundi, manchi rate ki workout ayitadi…konkoni petrukorri, urban la emana property vunte get rid if it and move out of the core city…

Market dull ga vundi ani ventures are offering good rates 

but real estate brokers in Hyd does not work on 1%-2% commission basis 

they are all working on 2000 - 5000 margin per sq yard etc so ultimately aaa cost mana meeda padtondi 

one guy quoted 42,000 in a venture near Gollapally near Shankarpally and later same venture another guy was willing to close at 40,000. They both said there won’t be any 1% broker charges etc. I was surprised later on found that they get the commission based on the closing amount - so the guy 42k would have got 1000 -1500 rupees per sq yard more commission 

this is too much anipinchindi

From what I heard PAN infra does not encourage 3rd party agents and so there is no commission and affordable Price

You will get better returns and diversification by investing on Index funds.

Forget about realestate unless you want to live in it.

Tuggukuda area will be next big thing, South Hyd side. Near to Airport, ORR and gattiga 30-35 min lo we can reach Financial dist

Any other venture details please Tukkuguda side.. nenu planning to buy a plot

last time ikkade chusunde 2 yrs back.. 17k ala chepparu.. near by edho villas kadtunnaru 30c each .. Signature Mansions something. idhe anukunta

different kind of living. City is too crowded. Have to deal with noisy neighbors and non-sense. But everything you need is very close by. 5 mins at max. 

On the flip side, these ventures look like US communities with good Gym/Restrurant, Grocery store facilities. Mostly people with similar status and mindset. But everything else is far. Any site that has good proximity to ORR is good.

@Konebhar6  How many of us are willing to go back and stay there..?

even mana parents akkada velli unda manna..city life prefer chestaru or..country side...

manam India trip ki velte. I dont want to waste time just being in traffic to come and eat / mingle with friends which I used to do prior to coming to US. Nostalgia..

Vanastalipuram lo illu unna kuda...nobody prefer to live there in my family.... malli Koti/Secbad ki ravalsinde..

off course evadi priorities and interests vadivi anuko...

India ki trip ki velte..I prefer to live and spend time in area where I grew up anna....ante..

Old colonies are not the same. A lot of people moved away and there is a lot of northies influx into colonies. I love my house and everything is 1 min away. My parents won't move away from there. But a lot of these places look like slums and lots of noise and nuisance. Lots of hijras. Its become business and they do a lot of crime.

Most of us will not go back. But I intend to buy a villa, selling some other property which we don't use. I would not want to shell a lot of money. Just a place for us to stay when I go. I do intend to go more frequently. 

Like you said, whatever works for someone.
