Most of us will not go back. But I intend to buy a villa, selling some other property which we don't use. I would not want to shell a lot of money. Just a place for us to stay when I go. I do intend to go more frequently.

Lucky you. Most of the places I see have not stayed same. Still there are some people who I grew up with. And parents have friends.

Banglore Highway lo Kothur area is better - still prices are 20-25k 

now this highway is expanded to 6 lane and some areas near major junctions upto  8-10 lane 

new flyover from Kothur/ timmapur to airport makes easy community

we had a villa plot in MAK, one of the earliest owners in that community although it was an investment one…tarvata antha bureaucrats ae vunnaru..

Srisailam is now rich people’s play area…starting from Vishal Saneejivini to Sreenidhi Serengiti, its a different world now…BTR next level ki teesukelindi…

Original land owners antha lambadis ae area la…2008 fab city joru la andaru ammesinaru..

Thukkuguda is now like entry point to the city in that route, its going to be a big regional economic center so much so that no one from that route will have any need to enter the city anymore.

Devarakonda-Mallepally-Mall-Chandor-Kalwakurthy etc areas la vundevallu baaga settle avutunaru….open plots, unlike gated communities vunayi…
