One of the last areas baa. Even I think South is going to be next wave.. Shamirpet and Ghatkesar side just organic growths.. Defense lands ekkuva atu.. so, antha easy kaadu.. East avute water sucks.. Asalu TRS ki lands leka pothe West kuda develop ayyundedi kaadu.. atu asalu ela ayyindo ardham kaadu. All catchment areas, dumpyards, industrial areas, polluted waters, etc. Land locked too.

From what I heard PAN infra does not encourage 3rd party agents and so there is no commission and affordable Price

To be frank Villa Plots in Hyderabad are no where match to plots in Banglore 

Banglore plot venture maintenance and amenities are next level 

Hyd lo min to min chestaru 

If some venture maintains good then they charge 2-3 times more price which is not reasonable 

 

it’s better to purchase plots in a gated community and then owners form an association and give maintenance to 3rd party companies so that we save a lot of money 

 

example DLF has Villa plots venture in Banglore Highway and they charge 1000 rupees per year per plot owner for maintenance and see the Google review pictures how good it looks

Don't worry buddy in next few years Hyderabad will also grow that way mostly in south side
