Advantages and disadvantage of corner house lot

Is it okay to buy a lot like number 88 and 125. What are the pros and cons

More lot premium more lawn to take care but good when you sell u get more space kids to play or if you want to add out door stuff look pool trampoline or parties

Corner lots usually have little more space but in CA you have to leave 2 ft for easement for walkways oka sari mana lot lo bikka

More than 88 and 125 try to opt for Cul de sac  like example  99

I personally don’t like corner lots as it will have more visibility to other houses and as above mentioned more lawn to cut and more sidewalks to clean the snow and more trees to maintain

Its a dummy layout anna ... but actual layout is below... north east facing lots (259, 260, 264, 265) opened, out of this one is corner lot. Just thinking which one would be ideal for family with kids.

You need to get one with more sunlight and air flow then kids will be naturally happy. I will get one with woods in the back

Depends on traffic.. if more cars are passing by your lot I would avoid it…

Less privacy don’t buy unless you want it for a reason and ask for additional discount

Both the lots look good… maa neighborhood lo wood fencing not allowed… dani valla its pretty open… if u have wood fence it is great… otherwise u have to grow more trees to keep ur yard private…

 

125 has patio at right spot wind flow will be good and lot size bigger i will pick this if i were u

How about 264 ? Wooden or vinyl fence not allowed.
