Corner lots have good lighting and more space unless there is a stop sign and lot of traffic.. make sure your bedroom is not facing the roads..  

I don’t understand why they don’t allow wooden fence around the house unless there is a green space.. eventually you will lose the interest to maintain the backyard and keep it beautiful..

If criminals target your home it will be easy for them to get away. Less privacy.

Advantage is you will get more street parking, resale value untadu.

Privacy and security issues...... American lifestyle most important thing is respect for privacy... this is no 1 concern... Too many direct neighbours who have direct shot at your house. For example lot 88. 

 

Lots 87, 89, 27, 28 and 126 are your direct neighbours. Any parties and backyard gathering, you will potential cause disturbance to all these lots mentioned above.

Space Kosam rich states lo people will corner lots …more space ani …but in reality corner lot is more exposed to people who walk on sidewalk…less privacy …prone to more damage during storm…easy to rob…car back up from drive way is hard …kids running around to other road…I would avoid unless super quiet corner lot aithey thappa …
