This Scam was investigated by FBI. They are good at finding money trails. That's how NATA got closed. FBI has let the companies know who got involved in those scams and got kickbacks. 

I don't know why Desis have so much greed. They are earning at least 300-500K package working in apple. Why get fired for peanuts.

NATS got closed because of this specific reason. Other organizations must be under investigation.

I don't form strong opinions on anything that I did not investigate. Vere vaallu cheppina dani batti opinion form chesukuntanemo. I personally do not contribute to these organizations but if they are helping sending even that one body to those parents back home struggling, I would not mind. Also, oorla nundi vachina vallaki bagane help chestaru (caste fanatics vunna).. leka pothe aa oorla vallaki bratike antha burra kuda vundadu.. leka pothe law enforcement eppudo pounce ayyundedi..

In short, it is not my responsibility to figure out fraud.. I am paying taxes for the respective departments to prosecute them.

Donating is not the problem, but taking money back is ... which is what most ppl did.

Like you donate $1000. Company matches $2000. The person gets back his $1000 or more. 

Its not matching donations anymore but a scam.

one community has done lot of fraud especially in bay area - bribing mangers paying money in india for contractors hired here . doin charity match , sending 2-3 applications for a full time job and leaking all interview questions and process . 1 movie sold to 10 people and declare it as flop and pay no one , One restaurant share to 10 people and put liabilities same with grocery stores there are few i can tell there are more - wife swapping affairs with students etc
