Let them follow. I don't care. It is their need and they are pursuing every opportunity. How do you work ass off when they do not have a job? You don’t get job means you are not working hard enough. It takes time. Develop skills in  coding, algos. Open source contributions and certifications. Study gre again and do phd. Improve resume. Making video tells me he wants attention. I am you don’t get hired for begging in videos.

thats what I am saying stop crying in you tube videos and begging in front of offices. soliciting will be prohibited becuase of youtube videos.  It is almost like amway guys begging people to join. Instead focus on skill set.
