Stelo by Dexcom use chestunna, no need of prescription for this, monthly around $90

why do you want to use vayya inka stress and anxiety toh tondaraga povadanika ? 

if you have family history of diabetes or pre diabetic or diabetic. 
these are life style disease, except for Type-1 where body doesnt produce insulin; type-2 can be managed with good nutrition, healthy lifestyle as in physical activity muscle building and stress free life.

Freestyle libre… ask your PCP to give you a prescription and free free free with your insurance

Drink Kakarakaya Juice or Mentulu soaked in hot water daily. See below thread on using Paneer Doda. It did help me regulate my sugar levels. If diabetic already, Check with your medical practitioner if Diabetic drugs like Ozempic, Monjaro are for you.
