Quicken simplifi has gone to shiz. Recent ga BoFa ML ki connection issue undi since 6 months and they don't have an ETA, same case for my 401k account too. For $79/yr - seems not worth it.

Rental ki net cash lekapoyina, some amount will go to principal every month

assuming no positive cash flow and no home price increase, still ee pricipal amount good kada, also Rental income helps with taxes
