100% right. (except for the "per year" part, OP is right)

FTE appudu companies spend 15k for 1sttime filing atleast. I used to work for a fortune 500 before. Whenever they hired a foreign national with visa reqs they factored in 70K for overall head cost during the life of the employee. 

How ani adigithe - they explained the rationale as min 3 h1 extensions, along with gc application and AOS. They dont get to that number for Indians alone, sponsorship candidates in general.
