Plant based milks are better only if you make athome. When making at home it gets SO expensive.

Try local area farm milk that is usually served in glass bottles and has a relatively low shelf life. Qty tagginchu, work out avvaka pothe mothaniki maaneyyi. Aaa sodi plant based milks are more harmful than anything.

Ingredeint list lo addamaina chettha, xanthum gum tappa emi undadi

Almond milk
soy milk
coconut milk

but regular tea making process lo you will not be able to successfully replicate the taste;
what you can do is latte type process lo where milk is steamed and stirred danlo if you add boiling black tea will makes a good chai but traditional process lo I dont think you will get successful.

also for yoghurt -- Almond yoghurt try chesa from walmart peddaga ekkaledu.
coconut milk yoghurt closer ani ekkado chadiva.
I know some use soy milk to make yoghurt, which they claim is good; esari kalisinappudu starter culture adagali.

want to stop dairy anna for sometime... heard it will mainly reduce inflmmation in our gut...stop chesthe gani thelidhhu anta...

There are several benefits to stopping dairy, including:
  • Reduced environmental impact: The dairy industry harms the environment in several ways, including water and land pollution, and methane emissions from cows.

  • Improved metabolism, sleep, and memory: Some people report feeling more energized after giving up dairy.
  • Weight loss: Dairy is high in saturated fat, sugar, and salt, so cutting it out can help you lose weight by reducing your calorie intake.

  • Improved digestion: Dairy can cause bloating, gas, and stomach pain because your body has trouble breaking down lactose. Eliminating dairy can help relieve these symptoms.

  • Reduced inflammation: Dairy can cause inflammation in people with lactose intolerance or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

  • Better skin: Some people report clearer skin after giving up dairy.

  • Reduced exposure to hormones and antibiotics: Dairy products can contain hormones and antibiotics.
