TANA registered office in MI if TANA gave complaint why did they complain ik CA instead of MI ?

Inni details teleedu. AAPL emp fired were involved with TANA as well? IS that why case filed in CA? Probably more organizations under scrutiny. I hope all these organizations get closed. They are doing more bad than good.

I think its related to matching grant fraud, that may be reason for CA jurisdiction.
