developer has to learn some coding of selenium or playwright and deploy the code run the test cycles one manual tester for team guarantee with expert knoweldge in all automation tools

qa lead for past 8 + years recently joined one company 2 years back Motham manual ahe chepistunaru e2e testing no automation 

waste ani postundhi interview lo matram full java coding adhi idhi code test anni adigi fools tee garu Tera join ayinaka motham andaru manual

forgetting all the concepts and new technologies
