I checked these villas out last year while I was in India.. Location is very bad.. If you want to feel like living in a village go for it.. Driving to anywhere in Hyderabad will take you at least an hour to get to.. Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Gachi Bowli and so on..  even financial district will take you 40 to 50 minutes..Kokapet will take you 40 minutes..

Yeah most of the villas are unoccupied and they will be used only as investments.. 80% of the villas will stay unoccupied..

i used to go to bogloor junction from gachibowli. it always takes more than 1 hour. Car lo ayithe atleast 45 mins padathadi. peak traffic lo ayithe min 1.15 mins padathadi car lo from gachibowli.

Yeah they day I visited these villas I was staying in the Hyatt hotel in Financial district. It look us almost 1 hour and 25 minutes to reach the villas. anta sepu travel chesetappatiki unna uthsaham opika mottam poyaay.. Coming back took another 1.5 hours.. Half day bokka..

yes  mostly metros in india lo apartments are best,  unless its an old house where u have been living for some time it makes no sense to live in those houses.
