Mostly man made, plus CA govt focus is on spending money on homelessness, fighting drugs(a fight that they keep losing due to open borders), they didn't spend enough on desalination, or water conservation. Now the hydrants are dry and not enough water is coming out of them to fight the fires, thanks to our governor OldScum

Plenty of homeless in LA who start a fire and then due to winds and the dry bush it spreads rapidly. Not enough water in the hydrants to fight the fire, this was confirmed by the chief of fire department in Pasadena.

Akkada unna tribal people used to start controlled fires for free to prevent bigger ones.. These IDIOTS started filing cases on them.. they stopped it 8 years ago... after that these wild fires started more..
