PK tweeted instructing TTD officers to console the injured devotes. This gentleman traveled all the way to Kadapa to console an employee. Wondered why he is not doing the same in this serious incident. Guess soon after learning Jagan’s arrival, he rushed to console them. 

Also, it appears these tickets were not being released to non locals in Tirupati. They changed the policy this time to open for non locals as well and didn’t make sufficient arrangements. This is an administration failure. Everyone should be accountable including the TTD Chairman. 

Sad to see people losing lives while trying to secure tickets for Darshan. Hope this is last of such incidents.

Online System doesn’t work well. Plus lot of people don’t know how to use it. Hope they hand over the online systems to a reputed software company.

Unless you link it to Aadhar and restrict the number of tickets to per person, there is high chance that they will diverted to black. 

Agreed, it's better to link to IT services company.
