Taxes paristhiti enti double taxation?

I would book most of the gains during RNOR period.

Even after that there isn't double taxation as we can claim foreign tax credit.

Long term capital gains tax is anyways less in India.

Absolutely agree....never invest in India if ou are not going back.

India has been improving a lot though. Lot of desis will flock back once EV revolution happens and pollution decreases though.

Mahindra released 2 models and Hyundai to release Creta EV at same price as gasoline. 2025 is the turning point.

I am going back and have some RE back there. But my stock investments owuld stay in US.

Keeping investments in Dollars is better if the management is easy from India.

Pollution pakkana pettu. Traffic sense civic sense roads yedhanna movie or temple ante assam ne. Ikkada chusi akkadiki povali ante ayye pani kaadhu le Anna. Maybe mana gen lo many will go for retirement but next gen mana kids yevadu podu at side kuda

Avoid places where crowds are and you can avoid 50% of nonsense.

I don't like to go to Theatres, malls or temples.

Regarding traffic, we can afford a driver over there. Can do work and calls during that period.

In US people spend more than an hour in commute. In India, I find it much more calming as I can see people around me atleast.

One major plus is that most of us never have to work in India.

In US, we will have to work atleast for the insurance.
