almost after 13 years in IT, laidoff now from fulltime. Nenu chesthunna tech(Some tool) outdated aindhi, not many openings. Current market trends antha around AI/ML side unnayi. Any suggestions to upskill or move towards new tech

Whats your current tech stack? Tools you worked on? What skills you got (Comm skills, Programming, Analytical), etc.

I worked on BPM tools appian, lombardi, Pega. But none seems to be in demand now.

What company/domain company operates in ? What’s the reason for termination? Is it because company opted for automation or outsourced?

Share this info to US tech workers/MAGA batch bro if you can. This needs to come into public domain. Do you know if it’s coming or sudden decision? Very bad that even during this time (very much negativity exposure, around WITCH/H1B), they still went ahead with this.
