China Reins In Its Infrastructure Strategy But Not Its Global Ambition
The early years of the Belt and Road Initiative left China with tens of billions of dollars in soured loans, making it a costly way of building global influence. Now Beijing is reworking its flagship infrastructure lending program to shield itself from financial risk and focus on projects that support its evolving ambitions, including securing critical supply chains for things like green-tech minerals and positioning itself as a leader that developing nations can unite behind. In the second episode of our three-part series, “Building Influence,” AidData’s Bradley Parks, SOAS University of London’s Steve Tsang and the WSJ’s Chun Han Wong discuss Belt and Road 2.0 and how even though China is reducing its spending, it is no less ambitious when it comes to pursuing Xi Jinping’s strategic goals. Kate Bullivant hosts. Haha, blood and breed Pulkas ki dikku thoochatlaa. Some people have permanently left Pakka DB. Reason? They warned before elections that we will stop supporting TDP if CBN goes in alliance with JSP. They thought its very insulting and inferior to have to work witg low-level people who owned JSP.

No money in Treasury meant that freebies are not distributed. That Growth story concocted by Yellow media earier cannot be duplicated now.

No investments coming to the state and whatever money is available with AP Gov is being spent on roads and infra within Amaravathi.

No free money to TDP contractors who went overboard to bring CBN back.

At the ground level, Kommas needed to work with low level BCs which is insult for their cassette.

Except some people like @ntr2ntr and @SonyKongara I do not see much enthusiasm in our Pakka DB

Regardless of caste, Andhra and even India doesn't have sophisticated industrial base. Our manufacturing can't even keep up with domestic consumption, forget investing in research and intellectual property.

All TDP followed by Dora in Telagana did was to borrow excessively from Zionist banking cartel like World bank, IMF, Asian development bank and invest in Vanity projects. The excessive capital expenditure resulted in brokers and Pr0xies hoarding large amounts of monies and creating debt on state. This means all future generations carry debt with certainty. Now, this resulted in massive inflation from with land hoarders aka RE benefitted. That's the only story to tell.

Jagan did borrow as well. But good amounts of that was redistributed resulting in money circulation in local economy.

TDP has always worked with BC's since 1983.congress mostly had oc and sc/st in south india .

Many people are not enthusiastic because CBN has become a slave of modiji for some real estate earnings showing his true colors as a broker that he has always been.
