I've been using collagen for a while, and it definitely takes time to see results. The key is consistency and pairing it with other essentials like vitamin C for better absorption. Also, some supplements work better than others—quality matters. If you're looking for something effective, deuspower has some solid options worth checking out.

I’ve tried collagen before mainly for knee pain I started getting after my runs. It took a few weeks before I noticed anything, but when I paired it with vitamin C and stayed consistent, the soreness wasn’t as bad anymore. It didn’t totally fix my joints, but I felt less stiffness after long workouts, so I guess it helped somewhat.

I’ve also been tweaking my routine lately to cover more than just joint health. I got on a personalized vitamin plan that adjusts things monthly based on what my body needs. That kind of targeted approach makes more sense for me than just guessing and trying random supplements.
