DBT schemes in total including pension are only 19% of the Budget. If pensions are excluded it would fall to about 10% or so. This is from 2023 pre election budget the supposedly the highest welfare budget proposed by Jagan.

This amount is NEVER a big deal that Baboru and his minion media make it out to be. The biggest problem in Telagana and Andhra has always been wasteful Capital expenditure in "white elephant projects" like  Kaleshwaram, Bramaravathi etc. with little or no return.

DBT payments money is NOT hoarded at all. It's constantly in circulation and keeps propping up the economy, albeit bumping up inflation slightly.

The latter CapEx on the other hand from borrowed monies from International Zionist entities, results in ben@mie$ and contractors hoarding a lot of commission monies which even get moved aboard. Jagan as a CM brought revolutionary changes in the education system. No CM thus far, barring NTR did something about it. Everyone else is pimped by blood money of Narayana, Chaitanya mafia (post NTR phenomenon). Jagan legitimately has done something about it.

Jagan tried to contain the damage of Bramaravathi and looting of Baboru in the. name of  "Singapore consortium". Go check what happened to Singapore Eswaran. The loot of Andhra Exchequer's money in the name of Bramaravathi has no parallels. Far worse, it's not even geographically viable. Budameru floods swallowed over 80% of CRDA area. 

These two reasons are alone enough to support Jagan. The alterative is much worse which is Baboru.
