And the best way to get rid if spike protein is long break between the meals or simply intermittent fasting ? Imagine if someone had their covid mrna vaccine about 3 years back, How long do you think it takes to get rid of the spike from the body ? I know there is no perfect measure but looking at a better guess by a professional than a rookie…

Let us discuss a realistic scenario....saturday madhyanam Indian buffet ki elli 10gi thinna anuko...let's say 1pm to 3pm...

then I skipped saturday night day...and took breakfast sunday morning aroun 8 am...technically more than 16 hrs no...

does that count as intermittent fasting?the one that triggers this autophagy thing?

Ie DB lo @Assam_Bhayya and Myself were the only two people who in the middle of covid scare were completely against the covid vaccines…

I did not had any scientific knowledge about vaccines but my objection to these vaccines were that these were developed in a hurry and some times it may take years to see any side effects…

And when a blank cheque was on the table, manufacturers tend to hide the faults and side effects….Moderna probably did the same.

subjecting body to frequent IF episodes will lead to autophagy and keeps the bad cells count in check. If it has made it's way into genome then I don't see any other solution than autophagy unfortunately. At least until some other drug is discovered which can target such cells. I see it as an artificial mutation which is leading to deaths in highly affected individuals.

Your body has to use up  the glucose/glycogen/amino acids/fats and has to start breaking down muscle mass, then autophagy has begun.

Somehow Moderna vaccine hasn't gotten much ire. I don't think it has as many unexplained death cases as Pfizer. I am curious. why

antha ghoram ga once in a while fast chest chaalu. 16:8  Intermittent fasting is a long term strategy. Don't overfeed yourself and let body give sometime to have an insulin spike free period.

Is this a cover-up? Were the deaths in the first case even reported? Has there been any case in the U.S. where the official cause of death was solely attributed to vaccines, or at least where vaccines were acknowledged to have aggravated an existing condition?  

Realistically, on average, at least one death per hospital per month may have occurred—not necessarily directly due to COVID vaccines but potentially due to the vaccines worsening pre-existing conditions. However, post-mortem reports would likely attribute the cause of death to those underlying conditions without specifying any link to the vaccine.  

Even if doctors were aware of such cases, they might not disclose them, as they were the ones who recommended the vaccines. Given the legal implications, it’s unlikely that doctors would challenge these cases either.  

It seems like a large-scale cover-up. I’m currently gathering data on Moderna, as I believe that many of the executives who were in charge during the COVID era have since left the company. They likely anticipated future scrutiny and resigned or transitioned to other roles.
