Only rule from this year last 5 years 100% WFM

So this year rule 1 day in a week so he went 4 days in Jan but Jan has 4 weeks and 3 days so company needs there to be 5 days and that 3 days counted as week by HR but we never worked uncle, director level everyone know this. Sreedhar our Telugu director who hired his sister company employees only so no work we just get pay doing nothing so we do 2/3 jobs
