It's funny they are priced more than newer homes. If they succumb to pressure, the market will drop quickly. But its summer time, and demand is usually more. Property tax was not finalized by then. He used that to get out of contract. Most people don't try, but they can get out even if they signed. You just have to talk nicely to the agent.
