ఒకే కంపెనీలో..కూపస్థ మండూకం లా…అన్నేసి సంవత్సరాలు చేయకండి…

మూడు నాలుగు సంవత్సరాల కి ఒక సారి జాబ్…చేంజ్ అయితే బెటర్…

ప్రతి కంపెనీకి ….tech stack…project management style…change management process…repo management process…HR styles..etc చాలా వ్యత్యాసాలు ఉన్నాయి…కొంచెం జాబ్స్ మారుతుంటే…వాటికి తొందరగా అలవాటు పడతాం…easy గా company to company adopt అవుతాం…

లేదని comfort గా ఒకటే కంపెనీ లో సంవత్సరాలుగా కూర్చుని ఒక్క సారిగా మారితే…ఆ transformation చాలా కష్టంగా ఉంటుంది…

నేను చేసిన పెద్ద తప్పు కూడా అదే…14 సంవత్సరాలు ఒకటే కంపెనీ కి work చేయడం…..

Life is also about living stress free. I rather get used to a company and stay there as long as my job is safe and secure.
 

I don’t have too much greed. As long as salary is good, I rather stay as a senior employee with job security, rather than feeling like a newbie for every 3 years. This is my humble opinion.

My random guess bhayya..you must be in Midwest or east coast right? Definitely doesn’t sound like west coast
