Not at this scale. Antha scene unte we can do wonders on earth itself. Acheiving light speed travel is more plausible than restarting a planets core.

But in 30 years for sure humanity will see another revolution with nuclear fusion. Energy problems will be solved and this can will be used for new innovations. We might be mining mars for rare earth minerals using robots and AI but there is no way he can sustain a civilization on a delirious planet.

I agree.. civilization on Mars is a pipe dream.. Mars is also not livable for humans..

You are parroting what you are watching or reading on msnbc or NYT comments .. 😁

Try to understand how nasa contracts work.. they don’t give money for free.. they give contracts to multiple companies to encourage competition and innovation.. they have different rounds of testing and different phases they have to complete successfully.. the companies get paid in full only after passing all the phases successfully.. there are a lot of companies that compete for these contracts along with SpaceX.. even Blue origin got lot of contracts from Nasa

for ex, look at this COTS contract.. there were 19 companies including Boeing and Lockheed… only 2 of them got finalized and even one of them got cancelled and replaced with another contractor..

Read through every contract on wiki that SpaceX or Boeing or Blue origin got from NASA… you will understand..

i know..whats the meaning of contracts..and its not free money...

last decade worth of contracts is around 13-15$ billions...thats peanuts even for next 30 years if he get contracts like that...cant reach $100 B...
