I am putting together a sheet and strategies for Income Portfolio. @*Prince Charming @Tadaka

Will share the details shortly. Let me know if you have any inputs or what you want to see?

I want to see expense ratios column when you are mentioning funds anna...

for example, the first fund you mentioned is PDI, I checked their expense ratio and it's outrageous.. 6.13%

Second example, GOF...aadi page antha ethikina expense ratio kanipiyyala...burying details in the fine print, that's a sign of a shady investment fund...

I did similar threads long back. But chala mandi lecture icharu .. just invest in Index funds, etc etc.

I do invest in them but there is always a place for Income Portfolio.

One thing I'd be interested in seeing is how you plan to balance dividend yield with growth potential in your stock picks. Also, maybe a section on tax implications for dividend income? Just a thought.

Not really. I have these captured in my other sheets. I will add. You should not worry about these Expense ratios as long as you are paid well. PDI and GOF are managed by the two best/biggest Bonds companies in the world PIMCO and Guggenheimer.

You should not include interest expense ratios. Without interest expenses, its 1.84% for PDI and %1.39 for GOF.

While buying these, you have to look at the intrinsic NAV value and see how much premium they are selling for. When NAV is almost close to price, its time to buy them.
