H4 is very essential. Because even big time employees in Meta and Microsoft spouses use this avenue. Hence they will keep H4, but they will weed out non essential  H1Bs that have no lobbying power.

Adhi undali ante, chattanbadhatha undali. But it's NOT there. Also, it's detrimental for Avg. American. With an H4EAD you can work in Walmart, Bank cashier to any job that doesn't require federal govt. Security clearance. Let's see what SCOTUS comes out with
