What do you eat in North America ? I will start first. Ma nanna Badrachalam lo pade adavi panulu teppinchevaru. That's how it started eating. Adavi Pandi fry is so juicy and notlo karigipothadhi. Favorite munching side when I drink with my friends(when in India). Bengaluru and Koorg side kooda baga dorukuthadhi (it's regular pork though) I used to eat it with drinks there as well. Chala tasty. I started eating Bacon when I was in UK longtime back and there is no looking back. Lol. Salami is also good, but I prefer Bacon more. I tried rib cages when I was further down south when in US, but it's more meh!! not to the tune of Bacon. Bacon slow heat lo fry ayyaka vache grease (lard) collect chesi andhulo Onion, koncham garlic, Pachi mirchi vesi eggs kotti egg burji chesthe crazy taste vasthadhi. Did any one of you guys try it? Btw. bacon ni a "Aphrodisiac" ani kooda antaru. 😎 Did you guys try anything else in Pork? Any other recommendations? We started in India as well but not regular pork, only adavi pandi...regular ga sale undadu...sporadic ga pandhi ni kottinappudu ma oori market yard ki osthadi...and regular customers get a call if they are interested...ala ma father teppinche vallu appudappudu...Beef first time in Tamil Nadu... Ikkadaki occhaka Bacon ante baga ishtam ga thine vadni starting lo... pulled pork sandwiches ante baga istham, especially with that sweet bbq sauce...First part time job oka deli lo chesa, then I got educated about all the different kinds of meats, cuts, cheeses etc...
