Same issue with me these days ..manager gadu said I am lead for the project ani if I say other developers todo work or assign task ..vallu nuvvu naku chepedhi endhi work and y u r assign me work annatu chusthunaru and not working ..manager gadu emo vallaki cheppadu this guy is lead will assign work ani ..eppudu motham nenu chesthunanu ..lead and development role..
