Lottery picking is not same as H1B approval

H1B approval is not same as crossing PoE

Crossing PoE is not same as landing a job

Landing is into job does not gurantee it will be fine for next 6 months

being out of project is not same as employer asking for payroll to be run (or leave country)

finding a new employer is not same as getting a job within 60 days

 

in simple, coming to america is not same as living in germany (high taxes but good social sec/unemp). you will be better off saving a dollar at your known place than 2$ at unkown place.
