 depends on your lifestyle and where you live but if you have 10 cr cash then you don't need to work for a comfortable lifestyle ,maybe for a luxurious lifestyle and if you have a family and kids then maybe you need to work for extra cash ,you can get  2.5-3 lakh a month from 10 crs  through fixed deposit , can earn upto 5 lakhs if you go for mutual funds 

Also you need to keep up with inflation so you might need to reinvest some of that money you get .
