**** My kid's dentist appointment - Need Help ****

Eroju, my 4-year-old son, had a dentist appointment. 

Dentist test chesi he said " your son has a cavity in 4 teeth (which includes danthalu). 

We have to extract them all, If you want, we can do it on the same day." ani telikaga anesadu. Naa mind block ayyindi. 

Can anyone please help me with whether extraction is the only option, or are there other options? Thank you all.

If cavity is deeper, extraction is the only option. They fix silver teeth to avoid gaps. My friend son had it done.
