2013 update was actually appeasement. This amendment fixes some of the issues. 
If not, they can just claim any property and burden of proof is on you. BJP is right on this one.

Ramzan month nundi baga appeasement chesaru ..but that seems to be for waqf only. Also can't deny the fact that Indian muslims are working hard to rise in commerical sector. I now see a lot of the youth ..reels nundi IT daaka kotta janalu vastunnaru
