50k is sensible in present market but not fixing. Usually when market is down, people who want to sell at any cost will reduce price. Place or school may not in prime

50k correction is still possible which is almost 10% of the down payment if someone pays the actual price.

300k perigai ani ela decide chesav bro.. 

Not all properties appeciate.. there are several factors like schools, sft, location etc.. 

remote locations lo price corrections are happening any where from 5% to 15% depending on the location.

@Konebhar6 - Atlanta suburbs market crack down aeindi.. out of 10 homes listing only 1 or 2 going under contract. 

All homes just sitting in the market waiting for buyers..

If you talk to a friendly Builder salesman/women, their advice is to wait till December for new homes. Lennar agent disclosed this to me.

Dallas still the same, proper pricing pedithe it will be gone in a week. I liked one, but 4days lo contingent ki vellipoyondi. Nenu edina koncham taggisthadu emo anukunna after a month. 800k home adi in frisco.
