timing wise BA is the best.

ikkada type cheyalem exact exps, 50% chance that your travel will be unpleasant(treatment, food etc etc), plus old dabba flights. . .

I would suggest to book seat for kid as well. Doesn’t matter which airlines.

BA are horrible, they treat Indians with less respect . Horrible food and service .

Hands down Qatar.  Pay $200 more if needed 
 

Avoid British airlines like a plague. It’s better to go in Air India than BA. Worst behavior and terrible experience overall

Qatar doha nunchi Indigo operating uncle when was the last time you went thru Qatar. 

I am not sure if OP is getting qatar all the way to India.
