if anyone have any objection, then they can also vote against the ceo in the stockholder meeting..

Tesla wouldn’t exist without government rebates, spacex entirely funded my taxpayer money.

the scamster makes you believe it is private company but actually funded by government. When democrats had enough with the conman, he switched to Republican Party.

Tesla valuation is not based on how much it makes selling products, it is how much the conman can influence the govt and loot public money. Stockholders wont vote him out for that reason because they know once conman is out the company is worth pennies
