Don't miss USA much as I am still on US payroll. Clubs in hyd are next level. Life at home is relaxing with maids and cook. I am proud of my decision. 

 

Only disadvantage is once I step out of community have to deal with pollution and population. I avoid going out on weekends and go for movies/shopping after dropping my kid at school

ee AI vasthe can see lot of jobs aamphat in the next 5-7 year timeline, constant layoffs are already common among all big tech companies now, also less hiring in high cost areas like usa and more hiring in India is the current trend which will accelerate in coming years, with out GC ikkada undatam with all these is tough, so have to get ducks in a row

No. I heard first 1-2 years is hard to adjust as you will be missing US

People who thinks of US will not take a step to move back to India by their own will, reality kicks in after spending few years in india.
