psycopk Posted December 23, 2010 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2010 4th and 5th week....so far we are sticking with the same plan...Dietecian wanted me to have egg salad(Trader joes egg white salad) around 4-5pm to reduce the time gap between luch and dinneras a snack she recommended an apple with a cheese stick...some of the cheese items that she recommended are...{String cheese:- Frigo light cheese sticks (1stick) Kraf,Light string-Us (1stick) Sargento Light (1 stick)Swiss:- Laughing cow Light-Creamy swiss original(3wedges) Laughing cow Mini BabyLabel Light(1 piece)Cheddar:-Trader joe's Reduced fat cheddarTrader joes sliced Lie cheddarGouda:-Trader joes reduced fat gouda}and she also wanted me to eat vegitables.(Indian curry oka half cup) in that we get all types of food into our body.High protein yogurt recommended:-Voskos 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)Trader joes Greek Style 0% Palin yogurt (1/2 cup)if you are eating the above protein yougurt make sure you reduce your protein serving (Chicken, shrip,etc..) psycopk Posted January 15, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 6th and 7th week:- koncham gap vachindi sorry.... ippudu koncham fruits add cheyamandi... snack kinda.. like 1 orange or an apple indian curries 1/2-1 cup at lunch or dinner we need to get all the vitamins and proteins kada.. exercise continues for about 400-500 calories/session each day by know you will defnetly notice a lot of change in your weight and diet habbits...i have another meeting tomorrow.. will update on that...
